Shared IPv4 addresses for the i-83.net New Zealand/Singapore packages are reportedly being blocked by the GFW.
No action can be taken on our part as it is beyond our control this is a simple informative notice regarding the issue.
Update - This issue may be resolved if we redeploy a new location, however the longevity of the fix is beyond our control as per the original issue.

If you cannot SSH into your OpenVZ Instance after a restart it is likely the SSH/access issue is a bug that has recently presented itself in Ubuntu 16 on OpenVZ based solutions -

If your VPS is unmanaged you can use the access console/terminal within the management portal to carry out the outlined steps at the link above for resolution. Managed instances have already been patched.
